The Labs.
Reproducible technical experiments: build something, measure what actually happens, and draw your own conclusions with real data on the table.
Why this section.
You won’t find step-by-step install guides here. That’s what the Tutorials section is for.
The Labs is something else: setting up a concrete experiment, with real hardware or software, measuring what actually happens, and reporting it with real data, not gut feelings.
Each entry starts from a simple question: does this actually perform as advertised? Does it hold up under pressure? Is it worth building at home? And it answers that question with a reproducible setup, measured results, and a conclusion that doesn’t depend on who’s paying the marketing budget.
If you’re after real benchmarks, comparisons without the marketing spin, and the kind of technical detail that only comes from building it and breaking it yourself, you’re in the right place.
